4. Organization-specific responsibilities
Organizations using the Platform must also:
- Ensure Event Managers and Volunteers are trustworthy and trained on data handling;
- Remove access promptly when staff no longer need it;

5. Donor and guest responsibilities
Donors and guests must not:
- Submit false pledges or fraudulent payment information on third-party checkout pages;
- Use another person's name or contact information without permission;
- Attempt to manipulate live board displays through repeated spam submissions.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action at our discretion, including warning an Account Admin, removing content, suspending an event, suspending or terminating accounts, or reporting activity to law enforcement.
We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to protect the Platform and its users.
7. Reporting abuse
To report a suspected violation, email abuse@runthefundraiser.com with the event URL, a description of the concern, and any supporting details. We may not be able to resolve disputes about how an Organization uses funds. Those concerns should be directed to the Organization and, where appropriate, regulators.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
