What we cover

What you pay

Stripe or Square processing fees on online credit card and bank (ACH) gifts. Those are set by your processor, not by us. We never handle card payments or collect processor fees.

Cash, checks, and pledges carry no processor fee. Funds settle in your Stripe or Square account. We never hold your money.

What donors see on the board: the full gift amount. Your organization absorbs processor fees if you choose. We add no platform surcharge.
